PLW was founded in 1997 by Producer/Writer Paul Wiltshire and was historically a Music Production Company specializing in producing and composing quality commercial music for recording artists.

During this time PLW has produced for artists such as The Backstreet Boys, Human Nature, Vanessa Amorosi, Delta Goodrem, Shannon Noll, Guy Sebastian, Paulini, Marcia Hines & Ross Wilson to name a few.

PLW has had over ten Number 1 selling albums/singles with over 15,000,000 sales since it opened its doors in 1997.

In 2007 PLW opened its Artist management and Artist Development/Record Label divisions which are the company's primary focus now.

The Music industry has changed significantly in the last few years and PLW's goals are to continue to discover and develop talented recording artists and connect them to the world.
