Sam Clark hits number one CD single in Australia!

Neighbours star Sam Clark has raced to number one after selling more physical CD singles than recent winner of Australian Idol winner, Stan Walker in Australia last week with his debut single 'Broken'.

Sam Clark, who is signed to indie music label PLW nearly tripled sales of number two on the charts, easily beating Walker.

Strong physical single sales helped 'Broken' land at number 12 in the overall Australian Single Charts, and number 50 in the overall singles charts.

Best known for his role at Ringo on Neighbours, Sam is currently taking a three month break from acting to focus on his music.

Sam Clark is currently performing his debut single 'Broken' live at Wet 'n' Wild and Movie World on the Gold Coast, followed by an Australia Day performance at Garrison Point in Bankstown NSW.
